2022 Event Expo/Packet Pickup

Pick up your race packet at the Event Expo on Saturday, September 3, 2022 at Riverview Park in Independence to get a glimpse of the race course, shop with Expo vendors, taste local wine, and meet other runners from near and far. The Event Expo is free and open to the public.

Participants must present a photo ID in order to pick up their race packet. Friends or family members may only pick up your race packet for you if they present a photo or photocopy of your ID. Participants who are there in person will be eligible to receive an official ID check and 21+ wristband. Wear your wristband through the race to avoid having to go through an ID check to enter the post-race wine and music festival. If you are picking up race packets for friends or family members, you may not take a 21+ wristband for them. They will need to present their photo ID in person at the post-race wine and music Festival.

Can I pick up a race packet for a friend?

What is in my Race Packet?

Participants will receive their assigned bib number and timing chip, as well as their complimentary event t-shirt. Participant wine/beer glasses and guest wine/beer glasses must be picked up post-race at the finish line.

What if I can’t attend the Event Expo/Packet Pickup?

There are two other ways to pick up your race packet- at the Early Packet Pick Up event in Portland, or morning-of the race, for an additional charge. See details below.

Standard Packet Pick Up - FREE

Time: Saturday 9/3, 10am-3pm

Location: Riverview Park - Independence, Oregon

We recommended that you pick up your race packet at the Race Expo which is FREE and open to the public. At the Race Expo you will receive your bib, timing chip, shirt and other race information. Exhibitor booths, sampling, merchandise sales, seminars, wine tasting and other events are held at the race expo.

Portland Early Packet Pick Up - FREE

Time: Wednesday 8/31, 10:00am - 7:00pm

Location: Sport Oregon (1939 SW Morrison Street, Portland)

The early packet pick up service is provided for those runners living or staying in or near Portland that prefer to receive their packets early and not drive to the expo location.

Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Morning-Of Packet Pick Up - $15.00

Time: Sunday 9/4 5:30am - 6:30am

Location: Riverview Park - Independence, Oregon

For runners unable to attend the race expo or the early packet pickup in Portland, this is the final chance to get your race bib. You will need to pick up your t-shirt after the race at the finish line merchandise tent by showing your bib number. Please plan to arrive to the start at least 45 minutes prior to race start if using the Morning-Of Packet Pick Up.
